1. Shipping Method and Delivery Timeframe:
At RaceReadyMods.com, we offer standard shipping for all orders.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days.
Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
2. Order Processing:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) prior to shipment. Please note that these times are estimates and can vary, especially during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
Processing times can also differ by product. Some items are made to order, while others are manufactured or in stock and may ship sooner. Availability can impact fulfillment timelines—if an item is currently in production, lead times may be extended, in some cases up to 2 weeks or more.
In some cases, items within the same order may ship separately.

3. Shipping Rate and Oversize Surcharge:
We offer a flat shipping rate for standard shipping on all orders. However, please be aware that for certain oversized or overweight items, there may be an additional surcharge due to the special handling requirements. The shipping cost, including any applicable surcharges, will be displayed during the checkout process before confirming your purchase.
4. Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Order Tracking:
You can track the status of your order by visiting the "Track Order" page on our website and entering your order number and email address. Alternatively, you can log in to your RaceReadyMods.com account to view your order history and tracking information.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States of America. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
7. Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipping the package.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
